Visitor Services Shirtsleeves (March 14-16, Las Cruces, New Mexico) - Recommended by 100% of attendees, this is a great program for visitor services professionals to tackle key visitor center issues and network with global colleagues. 

CEO Forum (April 14-16, Sonoma, CA) - This is one of the most valuable meetings we do, not only in terms of professional growth but in developing direction for the association. Recent CEO Forums have included discussions which have helped develop the three key committees this year -- Advocacy, Social Responsibility and Technology. We're planning a breakout with major DMO thought leaders to gain new perspectives on industry issues and how we can gain broad base input on association direction.
